The doors close at 10 PM, quite early!!! More flexibility with access would enhance the experience!!! A little more attention to noise insulation between rooms could really improve comfort levels!!!

We were in Akumal for 1 day, had great stay, the hotel was fairly clean with great location in the middle of jackson. Location: the venue was next to several good restaurants, the beautiful Akumal Beach, and the bus stop. The a double room was beautiful, had climate control, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV.

The rooftop pool provided fine views and a lovely area to unwind under the sun after exploring the area.

cute staff , but noisy surroundings
The staff were cute, especially Lola, who provided excellent recommendations for the area. Our private room was not only clean but also well equipped. The pool area offered a lovely, relaxing vibe. The city view enhanced our experience with its charming sights.
The noise from surrounding neighbors was quite evident .

I stayed in the Beautiful King Room for 2 nights, and it was super clean and cozy. The bed was really comfortable! Breakfast on the rooftop was lovely, and the vibe with the views was nice. Only downside was that the 10 PM door closure felt a bit early for late-night outings.
